Janet Attard is the CEO and founder of Business Know-How. An

Lisa Freeman
Lisa Freeman is assistant editor and html production editor. Lisa
has been self-employed since 1994 when she started her home-based resume
and secretarial business, Advanced Office Services, as a part-time
venture. In early 1995 she was downsized and saw it as the perfect
opportunity to go full-time with her new business. She originally
provided primarily word processing services, but quickly found her niches
in resume writing, desktop publishing and medical transcription, as well
as designing the occasional web site. Lisa has 7 years experience working
in the online industry.
Paul Mayer
Paul Mayer is a programmer and is responsible for creating many of the
Business Know-How web-enabled databases and internal work tools. He
is the author of several computer shareware programs, and has 14
years of online experience.

Bill Silverman is a programmer who is responsible for new

Holzschu
Michael A. Holzschu is a principle in the international Human
Resource Systems consulting firm of Holzschu, Jordan, Schiff &
Associates located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. The company
specializes in human resource documentation such as Employee Handbooks,
Position Statements, Performance Appraisal, Systems, TQM and ISO 9000.
