Another Cybersquatter Suit

Microsoft isn't the only one going after cybersquatters. It looks like Land's End is going on the offensive, too, chasing after people setting up LinkShare Land's End affiliate links on misspellings of Land's End brand names. Wayne Porter talks about it in his blog in Revenues.
