Reduce gasoline costs

Driving an SUV or a truck that gets 15 or 16 miles per gallon or less? Lots of us do.. I know I really like my Mitsubishi Outlander. It's comfortable and with all wheel drive, it handles really well in the snow (when we get snow on Long Island). But it IS a gas hog. More so, because on a typical day I drive 3 miles to the office, and 2 miles home. (add an extra half-mile in the morning to and from the nearest Dunkin Donuts drive-in for my coffee. :)

If you regularly drive further than I do, though, and have a gas guzzler on your hands, you may be wondering what's out there that's better. If so, check these miles per gallon comparisons on this site.
