Your business looks more established when all the materials you give clients and prospects are customized with your business name and logo. But ordering presentations folders imprinted with your name is expensive and impractical if you need only a handful of folders from time to time.
One good way to solve the problem is to purchase good quality unprinted presentation folders and customize them yourself with labels bearing your company name and logo. Choose a folder that comes in a color that blends with or matches one of the colors in your logo. You can find a good selection in the large office supply stores such as Staples, Office Depot and Office Max.
You can order labels printed with your logo and business name from your printer or from the same companies that print business stationery. Or you can make your own using label paper that feeds through your laser or ink jet printer. You'll find a variety of sizes and shapes available in office supply stores and by mail order.
