When you're getting ready to exhibit at a local business show, you've got a lot of stuff to get packed up and loaded into your car or truck. There's your display, your sales literature, the giveaway items, your business cards, and the ubiquitous fish bowl. And then there's all those little, easy-to-forget items you sometimes need - things like colored markers, paper, scissors, masking tape, clear plastic tape, pens and pencils, stapler, staples, thumb tacks, paperclips, paper towels, moist towelettes, and Band-Aids.
Make remembering all the little stuff easier by purchasing a see-through plastic container with a tight fitting lid and storing all your trade show paraphernalia in it. (A see-through plastic shoe box is a good size for this stuff.) At the end of each trade show replace anything you've used up or misplaced, so it will be ready for the next show you participate in.
