Whether you're trying to schedule an appointment, contact a
customer who owes you money, order supplies, or check on a
shipment, there's a good chance you'll wind up "in" someone's voice
mail.
To improve your odds for getting your calls returned, be sure to
state your name, phone number and reason for the message clearly.
While that should be obvious, it's not what everyone does. Many
callers mumble their name or say their phone number so fast that
it's difficult to get all the details when calls are played back.
