Guidelines for Advertisers

To qualify for inclusion your listing must be promoting a specific product or service you or clients of your agency sell.

• It must be suitable for a business and family audience.
• It must not be an affiliate link, or lead to a page of affiliate links or redirects
• It must placed in an appropriate category for what you sell.*
• Your ad must not be misleading or deceptive
• You must own or have the legal authority to use any trademarks or copyrights included with your listing.
• Your listing may not contain unproven income claims, health claims or any other unproven claims. (Anecdotal claims and testimonials are not "proven" claims. )
• Your ad must not promote get-rich schemes, pyramid schemes, ponzi schemes or any potentially fraudulent product or service.
• Your ad may not promote or lead to a website promoting replicas or knockoffs of brandname products.
• All network marketing and MLM listings must be placed in the Network Marketing category no matter what other way you might categorize the nature of what's being sold. (ie, telecommunications network marketing opportunities would fall under Network Marketing, not telecommunications).
• Listings for businesses that are not based in the US or Canada must be placed in the International category.
• Listings must be written in English. Listings entered partly or completely in foreign languages will be rejected.
• Any website you link to must be a working website and written in English.

Please note, we reserve the right to accept or reject without explanation any advertisement submitted to the Business Know-How Directory.  If we reject a paid listing, the fee you paid will be refunded.
