Choose from Two Types of Ads

Two types of ads appear in the directory: Featured Listings and Basic Listings.

Featured listings appear above basic listings in their categories and may include photos, a video clip and customer coupon.  Basic listings are text-only ads and appear below featured listings in their categories. See the chart at right to compare the two types of ads.

Ad Categories & Rules

Your listing must be suitable for a business and family audience. Your listing must be placed in an appropriate category for your product or service.  Please read our advertising rules and our Terms of Service for more information about the types of ads we accept and reject.

If you do not see an appropriate category for what you sell, please send an email to  Directory@businessknowhow.com  and let us know what category listing you think would be appropriate for your ad.

Please note: Your listing will not be immediately visible. To prevent spam and other undesirable listings, all listings will remain hidden until they are reviewed by our staff. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for review. If your ad has not been made visible by then, please contact Directory@businessknowhow.com, or call our office at 631-467-8883 during East Coast business hours.
