Do you have the most current state and federal labor law posters? Several states have issues changes in for their minimum wage or other required postings since the first of this year.  If you don't have current labor postings displayed, you could be subject to fines from government agencies. Check our update list to see if your posters are up to date, and if they're not order them online.

PS: If you have 50 or more employees and are therefore covered by the federal FMLA laws, please see the notice on our site about changes in the required posting that will be issued later this year.
