Several states have recently changed their required postings, and the new federal EEO notice with Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA) information was released late in 2009. If you don't have current labor postings displayed, you could be subject to fines from government agencies. Check our update list to see if your posters are up to date, and if they're not, order them here.
