Sample Easter Letter Fund Raising
Letter Company Dear Director: How would you like to earn extra money for <school or daycare> without having to do any work? I would like to offer you the opportunity to take part in my Letters from the Easter Bunny business as a fundraiser for <school or daycare>. Enclosed is a sample copy of the flyer that I have used to successfully sell my Letters from Easter Bunny. The letters are personalized with each child's information that is sent in on the order form and is printed on colorful holiday stationery. They don't resemble a form letter at all. All the information on the order form is strictly confidential and only used for personalizing the letter. All you need to do is distribute the order forms to the parents or guardians of the children at <school and daycares>. You can also distribute the flyers at churches, local toy and children's stores or anywhere else. The "letters" will sell themselves. I will do the rest of the work. For every order that I receive with <school or daycare> on the bottom of the flyer, you will receive $1.00. If you are willing to collect the order forms and the fee, you will receive $1.50 for each order. For example, if you collect 50 orders, <school or daycare> will receive $75.00. Each child that participates will be sure to receive a special letter from the Easter Bunny that will be sure to fill them with joy. I have enclosed a sample of the flyer for your review.
