Outlook Survey

The past year has been a tough one
for many small and large businesses. Economic recovery,
predicted first for last spring, and then for the summer, never seemed
to come about. Consumers worried about keeping jobs (or finding them
if they were already out of work), were watching their pennies.
Selling to business was equally iffy. Not only were businesses canceling
and postponing projects, they were cutting staff. So key contacts and
prospects either disappeared or turned up at professional association
meetings saying they were "in transition."
But that was last spring and summer.
We'd like to know what you're seeing now in your business. Is business
picking up? Do you expect sales and profits will improve in
2003? Please complete the survey below and give us your feedback.
We will publish the results in a future issue of our
newsletter and on the Business Know-How web site. In the meantime you can see preliminary results in graph format when you complete the survey, or by clicking here if you already took the survey. Note: all results on the graphs are posted in real-time as soon as each person completes the survey so
check back daily to see the latest trends.
