How's business?

According to the latest report from the US Office of Advocacy, economic conditions for small business were strong in the fourth quarter of 2004.

But what's the picture like now? More specifically, what's the picture like now for your small business? Are sales increasing? Will this quarter be better than last? Will you be hiring new employees? Or are things going downhill? Would you ever work for anyone else again?
